God created Eve to help Adam. We were created to coexist with each other. I never understood why people say they are just going to be alone. God wanted us to procreate and multiply. It's mainly because of the experiences that males or females have been through to make them say that, but deep down I don't believe they truly want to be alone. Yes, we may all have times where we don't want to be bothered but we are meant to love and break bread with one another. You must fix your personal issues and deal with your past before you can give yourself entirely to someone else. If you are already married or in a long-term relationship, be open to fixing problems that arise during your relationship.
